Job Summary:
Studio 88 is seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our Marketing Division on a Fixed-Term Contract. The successful candidate will support community engagement initiatives and strengthen our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Division
- Act as a support agent, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Manage and grow online communities through social media platforms
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment
- 1–2 years’ experience managing online communities via social media
- Familiarity with various social media tools and platforms
- Prior experience in customer service/support is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Active Listening: Ability to understand and respond to community concerns and feedback
