Key Responsibilities

As a handyman, you will be required to:

• Inspect campus buildings: Conduct weekly inspections to identify any maintenance issues or damage.
• General maintenance: Perform maintenance work following safety protocols and college guidelines.
• Report damage: Observing and reporting any breakages, dangers, or damages to the principal.
• Assistance with logistics: Help with carrying boxes, furniture, deliveries, and managing lock-up and access control.
• Fire safety: Regularly check fire equipment to ensure it is functioning and complies with legal requirements.
• Liaise with service providers: Collaborate with external service providers to ensure all safety standards are met.

Requirements
