Internship – Trainee Client Service Agent

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY CAPE TOWN Novamarine, a division of the Sturrock Grindrod Maritime Group, has an exciting opportunity available for a suitable candidate to join an Internship program in the Client Service Agent field.
Duties & Responsibilities
- • Assist with quotations and invoicing
- • Attend to client enquiries
- • Assist with travel arrangements for technicians
- • Gather information for technicians
- • Liaise with technical & sales departments
- • General admin, record keeping and electronic filing
- • Assist with documentation submission for audits
- • Data capturing
- • Assist with maintaining manufacturers’ certification records
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Grade 12 (minimum)
• Further business studies would be advantageous
• Creative and enthusiastic
• Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
• Fully PC literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft office tools
• Client facing experience advantageous
• The ability to interact with customers and employees
• Well organized with an attention to exacting detail
