The Investor Relations Industry is a unique space that requires an enthusiastic individual who is willing to take ownership of his/her client queries, projects as well as work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Preparing Excel files for data imports
Updating CRM with internal info such as adding to lists etc.
Generating profiles for clients
Creating locations, internal participants, activity defined fields (ADF’s) for data imports
Requests from clients such as exporting quarterly ownership reports for multiple securities
Internal data clean ups, like matching company names in sysadmin (internal) to those in Salesforce etc.

Reports for management
Setting up trials for clients, extending and inactivating accounts
Qualifications:

Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Able to learn quickly
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills is essential
Experience in working with and maintaining a database
Comfortable and credible when interacting with senior individuals, both internal and external
Hard working. Able to take direction or work independently as required.
Previous experience handling data in an administrative or support function
Knowledge of or interest in the financial services industry is an advantage
