· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Pastel Evolution experience an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
· Daily check and auditing of sales and purchases documents
· Processing of sales and purchases documents, stationery and petty cash journals into sage evolution computer system
· Compiling of weekly trading reports
· Weekly check of stock sheets and investigating stock variances
· Filing
Required Competencies:
· Ability to deal with a high volume of work
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to scrutinize and work with large amounts of data
· Ability to work in a highly pressurised and fast paced environment
