Well established steel and metal fabricator has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Clerk. This position is based on Cleveland, Johannesburg
Matric and a minimum of 2-3 years administration experience
Strong Excel skills would be advantageous.
Own reliable transport will secure

Duties include:
• Checking paperwork against the monthly price list to ensure correct prices are on the paperwork.
• Scanning purchase notes, sending them to customers and requesting tax invoices.
• Creating cash remittances and EFT requests for payments to customers and to the company.
• Creating collection requests daily.
• Checking weighbridge report and updating the tonnage collected per day.
• Packing of cash payments and checking that cash received is correct.
• Updating payment schedules to ensure they balance.
• Typing price letters and quotes to customers.
