MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Code 08 driver’s license
Computer Literate
Knowledge and Experience working on SAP
Previous experience working in a maintenance department
2-5 years previous work experience in a similar position
Duties included but not limited to:
Compile and run Weekly and Monthly Departmental Reports
Create work orders on SAP
Record keeping and administration of leave &Time;keeping

Create purchase requisitions on SAP
General Admin Tasks as required by Maintenance Manager
Record keeping of all admin for the maintenance department such as Filling, Quotes, and Purchase orders etc.
Taking minutes of meetings
Weekly and Monthly Maintenance planning & scheduling For Pack houses & farms
Follow up on quotes and approval process
Must be willing to work overtime
Occasional travelling to ADDO
