Administrative Assistant- job post
L&T Contractors

R5 500 a month - Full-time, Temporary, Temp to perm

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Calling Clients and setting appointments based on time capacity and importance.

Communicate with the team to insure awareness of meetings and any time contraints in order to keep things organized.

Use of the time-sensitive Online Portal to accept, decline or postpone jobs that get allocated to the company.

Create quotes (such as materials lists) and reports to send to both clients and/or the Internal team.

Required Skills:

. Must be good with technology, which includes but not limited to the use of emailing services such as Gmail, using online applications

. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, which includes but not limited to Word and Excel

. Working English capacity

. Ability to communicate with Clients

. Quick and Efficient and able to work under pressure

. Good Time Management Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary: R5,500.00 per month
