Introduction
We are a global company specializing in the packaging and movement of dangerous goods. We currently have 3 offices in South Africa and require a Airfreight Operations Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg.

Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description

Arranging collection and deliveries of shipments.

Correct packing of dangerous goods shipments.

Correct analysis of Dangerous Goods requirements.

Booking shipments with airlines or agents.

Full documentation of export shipment including SAD500.

Able to do clearances.

Handling shipments from collection until final delivery

Work off Shipshape or similar programme

Communication with client.

Invoicing.

Tracking.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements

3 - 5 years experience in Airfreight Exports.

Ship-Shape experience preferred.

Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Candidate must be able to converse well in English.

Candidate must be flexible with regards to overtime.

Dangerous Goods qualification or recent experience required/preferred

If candidate is available immediately, it would be preferred.

Package & Remuneration
Negotiable depending on experience
