Assistant Management Couple

The ideal couple will be dynamic, enthusiastic, have good people skills, a mature outlook on life and a passion for hospitality. Must have a hands-on approach, an eye for detail, flexibility and determination to maintain and improve the very high standards already in place in the lodge.


The couple will be required to cover all aspects of lodge management when senior management are on leave.


Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience working in a lodge environment
Staff management experience
Food & Beverage experience
Hosting experience
Computer literate with a knowledge of reservations and POS systems (for Her - the duties will include some FOH and reservations)
General maintenance skills (for Him)

Valid drivers licence

The package on offer is competitive and includes accommodation (a 2 bedroom cottage), meals and laundry. Working cycle is 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
