Brand Coordinator
Purpose
To manage branded material for the company both internally and externally.
The position has no direct budget responsibility as they won’t need to work on the overall Marketing budget but: They will need to manage campaign budgets, from putting together a provisional budget to finalising the actual budget.

The position reports to the Brand Manager - Marketing
The position does not have any direct reports and works closely and collaboratively with:
the events team, copy writer and DTP) and Executive Team Personal Assistants who assist the team with payments, board orders, etc.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage corporate advertising schedule, bookings, payments
Project manage certain divisions campaigns
Sponsorships, contracts, branding, tournament prize-giving arrangements
Managing stationery orders, including business card orders (national)
Managing ‘To Let’ Boards orders, arranging artwork for client and supplier
Invoice submissions process
Complete budgets with actual spend on projects they are responsible for
Might be required to assist at large events (registration etc.) on an ad hoc basis
Experience
Minimum 1-year previous experience in a Marketing environment.
Qualifications
Post Matric Qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
B. Com Marketing /IMM, SACSC, or marketing related qualification

Must be a team player
Skills
High computer literacy – Word (strong), Excel (strong) and PowerPoint (strong)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize – good project management skills needed
Taking clear conceive briefs from the clients
Use the brief to arrange final material for distribution to the clients
Good business sense and able to pick up concepts quickly
Strong interpersonal skills – an ability to interact with people at all levels
Capable of working in a pressurized environment – able to occasionally work overtime and with an increased workload.
Ability to handle confidentiality
