Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Coordinate and oversee all office activities
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
Keep databases in check and update them regularly
Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs

Responsible for all office maintenance as and when required
Supervise cleaning and cleanliness of office space
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Ensure that all General services invoices are received and submitted to finance timeously for payment
Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
Manages outgoing post inclusive of courier services
Submit all the relevant forms to potential suppliers and ensure that all the approved suppliers are captured on the JDE System.
Ensure that all Purchase Orders and supporting documents are filed accordingly
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12
MS Office Package
BCom, BA Degree or equivalent
