*A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
*Ability to work
in a fast pace environment
*Must be able to work flexible hours *Excellent
knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
*Experience in handling POS
terminals


Duties
*Preparing and Setting the bar for trade
*Serving Customers

seated at the Bar area
*Preparing cocktails to required standard and sending
out drinks ordered from the floor.
*Doing duties required by Management.
