Book all campaigns within 24 hours of receiving the contract
Load / pull booked store lists and send to Account Manager
Ensure all campaigns scheduled for printing are booked in within 4 hours of receiving the artwork
Chase artwork and final artwork approvals for all upcoming campaigns and provide clients with the artwork password
Communicate respective delivery dates to all the relevant stakeholders
Chase media delivery
Ensure campaign electronic job cards are updated at all times
All filing (Electronic and Manual) to contain all updated campaign information
Ensure installation instructions are correct and ready for the following week
Keep the relevant Business Units and Account Managers updated on the status of the various campaigns in real time
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Marketing related qualification (advantageous)
1 Years’ experience in an administrative or project management position
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
