Job Description
The main purpose of the Job is to answer the switchboard in a professional manner in accordance with company customer service standards. The role also includes relieving the cashiers and providing exceptional customer service at the point of sale, thereby maximising selling opportunities and minimising risk to the business. The main responsibilities are

Greeting Customers
Ringing up Purchases
Accepting Payments
Issuing accurate Receipts
Balancing the Till
Answering all incoming calls
Transferring / redirecting calls to the correct department
Taking accurate messages and conveying this articulately
Handling Customer queries
Assisting with General Administration

Job Requirements
Required Minimum Education: Grade 12

Required Minimum Experience: School Leaver

Recommended Training : Thumbs Up

Systems Training Kerridge / IQ Retail

Must be proficient in English, able to work retail hours, accurate, and customer focused.
