Key Responsibilities:
Answering Customer Telephone calls promptly and professionally, Assisting Customer through to resolution of query Taking care of customer at upon arrival, Update the client database on Company system, ensuring all client details are correct and accurate, Liaise with customers regarding satisfaction of device, customer follow ups,queries/complications and satisfaction of service,liaise with the Accounts Department to ensure customers have received accurate invoices and statements once payment has been made.
The successfull candidate will need to possess the following criteria:
Methodical, analytical peoples person who has strong problem solving as well as listening and comprehension skills (high level of communication skills), Matric/National Senior Certificate,3/4 years experience in Client relations/aftersales, PC Literacy (MS Office Suite)- will be trained on Company system as well and excellent telephone etiquette.
Compensation/Benefits
R15500 per month is offered with benefits , incentives and 13th Cheque.
