An established and fast-growing Tour Operator, based in Somerset West, is looking for a passionate and talented Creditors Clerk to provide a clerical and administrative service in respect of customers’ accounts, ensuring sound, accurate financial procedures.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and data capturing skills.
JOB DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creditors:
Process supplier invoices and credit notes
Help with the preparation of payment runs
Reconcile Logistics Manager’s accommodation spreadsheet on a weekly basis to ensure we have received and paid all accommodation invoices
General creditors administration

Filing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Driver’s license
Computer Literate: MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet
Strong numerical, accuracy and problem-solving abilities
Strong detail orientation
