Daily Duties/Tasks will include:
Assist customers with queries and complaints
Assist in managing and maintaining cases speedily, accurately and to resolution/ customer satisfaction,
Assist the Customer Service Team to provide root cause analysis on complaints received and feed back to the department manager
Investigate to resolve complaints using paperwork, correspondence and facts provided
Assist the department with effective filing, archiving and recordkeeping as well as administration tasks within the Customer Service/ Complaints department .
Essential Skills required :
Senior Certificate /Grade 12
Articulate, professional and task focused candidate with excellent verbal and written skills,
A candidate with the ability to maintain a polite, courteous and patient manner at all times with colleagues and consumers,
Ability to work on your own initiative with the ability to prioritise when required
Organisational and time planning skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
3 to 5 years experience working within a customer service/ complaints team,
A confident and fluent communicator who can achieve and maximise customer complaint and enquiry resolution
Comfortable dealing with a diverse range of customers on any level
Ability to thrive in a busy , customer facing office environment
