Our Company need a dynamic, positive Entry Level Customer Service to report to the Team Leader, and work as part of a small, friendly and dynamic sales and Customer Service support team.
Customer Service applicants must be able to work full time!
Customer Service Representative Will Be Involved In
Meeting with potential customers
Creating a relaxed and fun environment for customers
Face-to-face sales and customer service
Handling subsequent sales enquiries
Living our commitment to providing an incredible service everyday
Cross-selling or up-selling where necessary
Contributing to an awesome working environment and team culture
Candidate Requirements
Positive, Pro-active, organized and Professional approach with good verbal and written communication and sales skills
Confident when handling customer enquiries, quotations and applications
Comfortable commuting to Chicago area on a daily basis

Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query
Excellent communication and listening skills
A passion for customer service
