Duties and responsibilities of the role:
To manage and ensure the smooth running of the MD’s office in an efficient and professional manner
To assess and coordinate all Executives and Managers diaries on behalf of the MD in order to ensure effective coordination of meetings and management purposes including the daily whereabouts of all managers
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
Preparation of reports and liaison between Marketing and Business Development

A strong background in administration, project coordinating, planning and organisation is highly recommended for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:
Project Coordination, Planning and Events: 3 years (Preferred)
Personal Assistant /Administrative Support: 4 years (Required)
