The warehouse executive is responsible for the organizing and delegation of all activities performed in the warehouse.

Responsible between 1000 - 2000 employees
Looking after a high value of stock across warehouses.
The warehouse executive is responsible for the planning and controlling of over all activities in the warehouse.
The warehouse executive is responsible for setting targets in relation to the policy of each company.
The warehouse executive is responsible for the development of staffs by providing training.
The warehouse executive needs to keep a check on absenteeism and over time as well.
The warehouse executive needs to ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse.
The warehouse executive is also responsible for the security of the stock and the warehouse.
The maintenance of housekeeping in the warehouse is the responsibility of the warehouse executive.

The warehouse executive is also responsible for maintaining reports pertaining to the warehouse. The reports include inventory of stocks, dead stock, consumption and manpower.
The warehouse executive is also responsible for providing cost cutting ideas in the warehouse.
The warehouse executive needs to motivate the staff in the warehouse to maintain efficiency and also provide opportunities to move up the career ladder.
The warehouse executive also negotiates rates with the carrier agencies to improve productivity. The executive also needs to research to improve overall operations.
