LOCATION: Jacobs
REPORTS TO: Group Reporting Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor financial and operational performance of the businesses;
Preparation of various monthly, quarterly and year-end reports;
Analyse financial submissions for monthly results to identify key issues affecting financial performance and summarise and communicate accordingly;
Provide analytical support as needed to guide project focus and strategy
Group and regional level Performance reporting
Assists with the preparation of budget and forecasts
Tracking of special incentive and performance KPI’s
Prepare presentations
General
Assist with special studies and reports;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Admin/Business Sc or related field;
Minimum 5 years’ experience with strong knowledge of Sales/products management and service operations;
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
Attention to detail and strong analytical acumen;
Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with management and business partners;
Ability to work independently as well as within the framework of a team;
SAP experience beneficial.
