We are currently looking for a highly well spoken and organised frontline Receptionist Clerk
The successful candidate will need to possess the following

Matric
A minimum of two years relevant Frontline, customer facing reception and administration experience
An excellent communicator written and verbal with the ability to handle a busy , customer facing reception area
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Handson experience with office equipment e.g. fax machines and printers
Professional, approachable attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills bilingual would be advantageous
Ability to remain resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

You will be the first point of contact for the company

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material e.g. pens, forms and brochures
Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone and email General company inbox
Receive, sort and distribute daily maildeliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk monitor logbook, issue visitor badges
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update staff calendars
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs and assist with the maintenance and distribution of Petty Cash
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Support the team with various administrative tasks as required
Update and maintain the database
