Responsibilities Include:

Threat analysis and distribution through customised feed, through monitoring of international and domestic news feeds and intelligence software with specific focus on real-time threats in areas where teams are operating in.
Monitor and maintenance of vehicle tracking software and pro-actively manage geo-fencing as and when required based on risk
Immediately update relevant groups with breaking news (risk, terrorism, crime, etc) in areas where teams, clients operate. Provide follow up information on the advised breaking news event until it concludes.
Operational Management of all Secure Drive projects after hours including requests and resolution of client complaints.
Know all procedures to follow in cases of project or office related emergencies.

React and control identified emergencies with correct SOP’s including communication to groups and coordinate with local emergency services
Thoroughly inspect vehicles for damage, scratches, dents and electronic faults with each sign in / sign out, co-sign checklist with driver.
Minimum requirements:

Degree or certification in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Legal, Intelligence Systems, Security, Emergency Systems, International Relations or other related field
5 years’ experience in the security industry
Analytical report writing
PSIRA Certificate Grade C or Higher
Own, reliable transport
Added Advantage:

Experience in an international/regional environme
Experience within the security industry at similar Global Security Operations support level
