Grade 12

Qualified Fitter / Millwright

Preparation and execution of maintenance tasks regarding gripper and fixtures
Compiling and / or manufacturing of spare parts
Problem solving for abnormalities in grippers and fixtures supported by the tooling supervisor/maintenance
Commissioning of new and modified gripper and fixtures
Attends restart test of tools in production

Forwarding of necessary changes in the equipment documentation e.g. drawings to the teamleader
Forwarding necessary changes regarding maintenance tasks to the teamleader
Working in activities related to set up in cold and hot foaming (pre set, set up changes, post production inspetions of grippers / fixtures storage)
