Description
A 4 star hotel is looking for a driver who will be responsible in meeting & providing assistance to hotel guests upon arrival and departure, assist in any driving related duties & responsibilities whereby the role will include key responsibilities such as:

Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival
Open vehicle doors for arriving & departing guests, escort them to the lobby
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel services & supply information and respond to guest queries
Ensure effective handover is done from previous shift and to the next shift
Forward all guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty
Perform any trips with the hotel bus as requested
Establish, promote & maintain good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations
Maintain the parking spaces & key cabinet and ensure cleanliness is to maximum
Ensure that airport transportation flow is maintained effectively.
The ideal candidate should know Cape Town and it's surroundings, fluent in English and hold a valid South African Drivers License and PDP
