Continue to APPLY!Our client in the Pinetown area is recruiting for a HR Assistant/PA to provide administrative and functional role.
BEE – Preparing working papers for audit/forecast/Plan
Extraction of salary spread sheets
Resolving all payroll queries
Monthly distribution of payslips
Capturing and monitoring of leave transactions
Liaising with Managers regarding leave/overtime
Reconciliation of payments
Prepare VIP payroll for processing of the next month/roll over
Training – Data capture of documentation and assist with co-ordinating Learnership programs
Preparation of venue and refreshments on training days
Reconciling benefits, i.e. Medical aid and Retirement fund

Compiling of stats (Microsoft Excel)
Completing UIF Forms (Microsoft Word)
Update Corrective Action / Disciplinary history schedule (VIP and Microsoft Excel) – Extract history and current records and capture on schedule
Maintain all personal files, ensuring contracts, id copies, qualification documents, tax numbers, etc.
Assist with daily queries/requests from employees, supervisors and management
Record keeping of absenteeism (Uniclox System)
Update Schedules on Excel Spreadsheet – Training and Donations (required for WSP, BEE Reports)
Completing and Submitting of Work Skills Plan and Employment Equity to the Department of Labour
Maintain a comprehensive filing system
General administrative duties, as required by Management
Certificate and/or Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management
+1yr experience in administration and monitoring of leave/attendance control
Ability to use discretion and retain confidentiality
VIP or similar package relating to HR Modules (eg Leave), Payroll processing would be an advantage
