Inbound Sales Support Coordinator- job post
Growth Hub

R15 000 - R17 000 a month - Full-time, Permanent

Growth Hub is an international, rapidly growing, strategic sales development start up, looking for an enthusiastic and driven inbound sales support coordinator.

The role, working directly with our client (a hyper growth vacation rental startup), is to match guests with their dream home based on their unique requirements without them having to sift through hundreds of search results. You will assist guests via LiveChat, email, and on the phone, with the aim of generating sales for the business.

The role will include:

Responding to high volumes of inbound leads with the aim of moving the guest closer to booking with each interaction
Managing all stages of the sales process from qualifying, needs analysis, finding solutions, objection handling, negotiating, and closing

Answering questions about different homes, amenities, neighbourhoods, travel distances etc
The role won’t include:

Cold calling/lead generation (all of our leads are inbound)
Dealing with any in-stay or post-booking customer service issues Drawing up itineraries or contracts

The Right Person

You will excel in this role if you:

Have terrific interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Have exceptionally high standards and are permanently dissatisfied with ‘just OK’

Love travel and tourism!
Requirements

A proven track record in a target driven environment
Good knowledge of either London, Paris, and UK holiday markets (the more the better!)
Knowledge of/travel to other destinations in the US and Europe is an added bonus
Up to 2 years experience in a customer-facing role
Must be willing to work weekends with shift patterns including:
Thursday - Monday week (Tuesday/Wednesday weekend)
Friday - Tuesday week (Wednesday/Thursday weekend)
One day off between Tuesday-Thursday, 2nd day off between
Friday-Monday) (US Hours may be applicable)

Excellent written and spoken English
Additional languages an added bonus
