Qualification: Tertiary education - University Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred)
or Electronic Engineering.
Location: Centurion and Pretoria
Previous Experience:
At least 2 to 3 years of experience after completion of degree
Description of activities:
Manage and evaluate the operational performance
Manage some performance audits on the system and potentially financial documentation.
Required to assist with the testing of KPIs during the development phase, whilst monthly KPI
evaluation activities in respect of an ongoing contract would need to continue.
The development phase of KPIs is not complete and, therefore, there is not a stable environment
yet. It is therefore foreseen that the current evaluation methodology would need to change
soon. The person filling this position will be involved in this.
Continuous improvements: Identify, analyse, design and implement process improvements.
The evaluation methodology also needs to be updated to take account of new development
requirements. The contract management team should be assisted to develop Standard
Operating Procedures for all activities.
Assist with administrative and other ad-hoc tasks (such as data analysis, report verification)
where required.
Review and document business processes and in some instance perform business process reengineering.
Other tasks as required by the company from time to time
Remuneration:
Negotiable, in line with experience
