Duties & Responsibilities

Attend to customer requests for pricing, quotations, and invoicing.
Sending quotations on behalf of external sales representative
Sending promotional offers to customers
Releasing of back orders
Creating orders and quotations on the accounting systems
Assisting regions with queries
Assist with ordering of stock for regions

Assisting external reps with quotations/orders
Assisting customers over the phone
Obtain a clear understanding of the accounting system being used in determining pricing and stock holding.
Develop and maintain product knowledge of the company’s product offering and attend formal training if need be.
Desired Experience & Qualification

The person must have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience working within a busy Internal sales Department. A matric is required.

Must come from an electrcial bakground
Must be computer literate
