You will serve as a point of contact for customers with regards to products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the Regional Sales Executives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and review enquiry documents
Maintain contact with allocated customers
Follow up on tender submitted to allocated customers and provide feedback
Process orders in accordance with the applicable work instruction
Communicate with customers on order status as and when required to ensure customer satisfaction

Report any customer complaints by means of NCR to Marketing Director and QA Manager
Update a daily contact list for new enquiries
Record and report customer complaints to ensure timeous resolution
Sales office administration
Attend sales meetings when required
Ensure that the Internal Sales Office is able to effectively be of service as a back-up to both the sales team and the customer
Re-schedule incomplete jobs
Daily update of planning on receipt of releases from QA department
Ensure information flow to sales and production on all unfinished / late jobs
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12
Reading and understanding of mechanical drawings essential
A proven track record in Internal Sales and Customer Service within the manufacturing or engineering environment essential
Computer literacy in MS Office, previous experience on Syspro will be an advantage
Excellent planning and organizing skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal skills
Resourceful and efficient under pressure
Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels are essential
Proven track record of personal growth and achievement
