Continue to APPLY!Internal Salesperson / Customer Support Clerk Our client is a well-known manufacturing company based in Parow Industrial, and they are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Internal Salesperson. The Internal Salesperson will be responsible for customer support and processing orders from customers.
Requirements:
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Minimum of 3 year’s similar work experience.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
Knowledge of invoice processing systems.
Professional and courteous.
Excellent problem solving skills and passionate about customer service.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Reliable transport.
Key areas of performance:
Dealing with daily incoming communication from customers.
Contacting existing customer base for sales.
Attend to and escalate customer care queries to the relevant internal departments and follow through to completion.
Seeking new customers.
Compiling internal sales and queries reports.
Supporting other departments as required.
Other adhoc administrative tasks within the scope of the role.
