Job Purpose
To give operational IT support across all regional offices and head office that will include all internal onsite/remote service desk issues, desktop support, first line support, coordination and escalation to the core infrastructure, security and networking teams.

Keep abreast of changes in the standards, technologies or methodologies
Carry out administrative functions of IT Support Team
Give direction and guidance to peers
Work with other departments / Branches to ensure excellent support is given to the clients
Reporting to IT Management on Service desk support status
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study
Experience
Good understanding of Service Desk Engineer role
MS Cloud platform understanding, including O365 Setup and administration
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
Dependable and flexible when necessary
