Junior Buyer

JNR BUYER (preferable but not limited to Footwear and fashion)

The buyer is to source and compile a range of products by ensuring that the commodities are acceptable to the Company's consumer market. The prodcuts selected must contribute to the profit margin and price points of the Company.

The job includes:

Supplier management
Range building (Product sourcing & range development)
Product development
Product order management (Administration)
Budget management
Research about target market and competitiveness
Requirements:

Relevant experience; either as a buyer or as an assistant buyer
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Creative, eye for detail and analytical
Good planning & organising skills
Salary ranges from R 8000.00 – R 12 000.00 based on experience.
