RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting in daily office needs and managing the team’s general administrative activities;
Ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office;
Organizing and scheduling of meetings and appointments;
Making travel arrangements, if necessary;
Maintaining appropriate filing systems (storing, organizing and managing files – hard copies as well as electronic filing);
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools for example Microsoft Office;
Writing and distribution of email, correspondence memos, letters;
Keeping record of all agreements and their expiry dates;
Collating supporting documentation for vendor / credit application procedures;
Ensuring distribution of executed agreements / amendments to the relevant departments within the company;
Assisting in general queries relating to ownership, serial numbers etc. of leased in aircraft.
