Enforce the implementation of applicable Engen procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard Engen's interest, image and reputation.
6. Mindset, Behaviour and Culture:
Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behaviour and culture to achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instil high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.
7. Adhere to COBE, POPI, and ABC Policies:
Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of Engen's policies and provisions of the Codes of Conduct & Business Ethics (COBE), Protection of Personal Information (POPI) and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.
Specific Outcomes
Key Job Specific Accountabilities 1:
Prepares reference manuals for users by writing operating instructions and work Instructions for systems of Control in all Logistics and Distribution operations inclusive of non-operated Joint Ventures or facilities where Engen is hosted by Other Oil Companies. Conduct investigations and RCA on all incidents of breaches and system failures.
Key Job Specific Accountabilities 2:
Maintains historical records by documenting hardware, software changes and revisions as well own personnel and Contractors that access Engen Systems and Facilities.
Constantly improve and take corrective measures to prevent recurrence of undesired incidents and failures.
Key Job Specific Accountabilities 3:
Maintains User confidentiality and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Regular review and change access passwords, pins, codes etc for all Users.
Control and regularly review User community data base and keep it up to date.
Key Job Specific Accountabilities 4:
Routing loads inline with approved Route plans and Route Risk Assessments.
Coordinating timely pick up and delivery of scheduled loads by own and Contracted fleet as and when required.
Key Job Specific Accountabilities 5:
Ensuring committed customer priority and service protection on available equipment: Gantry, Storage tanks and Fleet both own and Contracted.
Education & Experience
Minimum Qualification, Accreditation & Experience:
NQF level 6 (Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Logistics)
3 years experience in relevant field

Computer Studies or Logistics
