Assist with preparation of yearly marketing budget
Assist with preparation of yearly marketing calendar
Liaise with all advertising reps and organise advertising campaigns
Update websites and manage social media (Facebook/Twitter/Google) with provided content
Work with service providers and check all communication prior to release
Organise newsletter by collating all material and submitting it to relevant individuals timeously
Order and proof all marketing related material (badges/uniform/labels/business cards/gift cards/signage boards etc)
Manage all in-store promotional items & marketing material
General admin - reports, filing etc.
Requirements:
Marketing degree/diploma (or equivalent qualification) advantageous
2 years admin experience (preferably in marketing department)
Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Afrikaans)
Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results
Versatile, tenacious and people orientated
Result orientated and confident, with a creative flair
Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
Own transport & valid drivers license
