Arranging and coordinating events and Expo's
Assisting with marketing projects

Coordinate advertising with suppliers internal & external
Distribute promotions and marketing material
General administrative functions as requested
Invoice & contract updates and tracking
Keeping all external payments updated
Loading promotions on all advertisements
OOS report on marketing activities
Create creative content
Manage of website and linkedin profile
Ensure product packshots are correct on website
Management of Welmed budget

Qualifications
Essential:

Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations


Experience
Desirable:

Public relations experience
FMCG/Retail experience


Knowledge and Skills
Essential:

Social Media (Blogging, Facebook, Twitter)
Marketing principles and practices
Customer Services principles Desirable
Search Engine Optimisation
