Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to: National Marketing Manager

Location: KZN

Essential Functions:

Assisting the Marketing Manager in day-to-day campaign coordination.
Managing errands for the Marketing Manager.
Steering Retail marketing campaigns.
Working with Floor managers and retail managers to ensure the brand is always well represented in store.
Contributing to all retail marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Conducting weekly Retail Branch visits in Gauteng and nationally as and when required by the Marketing Manager.

Managing all ad hoc purchases as required and approved by the Marketing Manager.
Heading staff forums to ensure the Retail marketing campaigns remain fresh and relevant
Hosting VIP events when required.
Coordinating VIP events with the Marketing Manager.
Coordinating the Marketing Manager’s schedule as and when required.
Overseeing the PRO roster and performance tracking.
Assisting at off site events and functions as coordinator.
Managing any ad hoc requirements from the executive management team.
Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License is a MUST
At least 3 years’ experience in the Betting or gaming industry
At least 3 years’ experience in above the line marketing
Experience in front of house Customer service is necessary, VIP client experience will be advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent time management skills
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to multitask and handle a high pressure work environment
