Achieving 100% of set monthly, quarterly and annual sales, through effective Detailing/Direct Selling at Independent/Corporate Pharmacies and Scripting/Dispensing Doctors, within the JHB East region.
KEY CRITERIA:
Relevant tertiary/Sales & Marketing qualification.
Min. 3 - 4 years sales experience in the Generic Pharmaceutical market with good track record.
MUST have current Territory Management in JHB East
MUST have Generic Scheduled product experience (NOT OTC)
Detailing/Direct sales experience at Independent/Corporate Pharmacy level.
Detailing/Direct sales experience at Script/Dispensing Doctor level.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO EXPERIENCE:
Generic Scheduled product experience ESSENTIAL (NOT OTC) in any of the following:
Anti-Infective
CNS
CVS
Respiratory
Anti-Diabetic
Anti-inflammatory
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Financials
Customer Service
Continuous Improvement
Process Filed Tasks
Territory Management
Face to Face sales
Cycle meetings etc
