The incumbent must work in close liaison with the TVET Director. He or She will be responsible for managing the moodle site and MICT Seta uploads.
Key Performance Areas:
Manage courses and user accounts on Moodle.
Liaise with academic and administrative colleagues to identify and release the latest course material to learners, and to assist in the management of assignments.

Proactively prepare Moodle courses in anticipation of upcoming programmes, providing suitable access to colleagues and external partners as needed.
Support colleagues, external partners and learners in the effective use of Moodle.
Manage course documents stored on a shared network drive and maintain effective version control.
Proof read existing course documents, and review course administrative areas for suitability, including maintaining a consistent look and feel across our courses.
Requirements:
completed Diploma or degree in Information Science
Proficient in MS Office and Tech Savy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Multitasking & working under pressure
Strong ethics and reliability
MICT Seta Assessor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
