Lodge Night Auditor - 7,5k/month

To assume full control of all areas the lodge from 23:00pm to 07:00am, ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of the guest, in accordance with agreed performance standards.

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12.
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management will be added as an advantage.
2 years’ experience as a Night auditor or Night audit relief within a 5-star lodge/hotel environment.
One year prior and recent experience in a hotel/lodge front office would be beneficial.
Previous Night Audit experience with Apex/Opera will be a distinct advantage.
Computer literacy is essential.
Well groomed, presentable and professional manner.
Friendly disposition with excellent communication skills.

Excellent guest relations skills.
Must be able to work late shifts and weekends.
