R7 500 a month - Full-time
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for directing calls and maintaining the admin-work system.
You will work daily on various secretarial and administrative support tasks.
Provide general clerical/admin support across the team e.g., photocopying, filing, emailing, telephone calls and general typing. To undertake routine administration tasks. To operate computerised records/information/communication systems. To sort and distribute mail as directed.
Updating payment systems on Company Software.

· Administration of day to day running of the front-desk.
· Monitor and Control the use of office inventory and resources.
· Compilation of reports.
· Ensure Administration is up to date regularly.
· Monitor office stationary requirements.
· Direct clients.
· Secretarial tasks.
· Filing.
· Lead distribution.
· Booking Couriers.
· Corporate Correspondence.
· Receptionist Duties.
Qualifications:
· Matric Certificate.
· Proven Administrative Experience Record.
Knowledge and Experience:
· At least 2-3 years’ working experience as an Administrator.
Skills and Inherent Requirements
· Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
· Good Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.
· Good Administration Skills.
· Well Organized, Assertive, Punctual.
· Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Presentable to act as the 1st point of contact.
