Ensuring staff are at relevant clients as per deployment schedule
Ensuring planning for every project is done in advance
Ensuring that the consultants execute tasks on project manager
Ensure that daily timesheets are in line with the tasks.
Ensure that task completed is marked 100 on project manager.
Follow up on weekly status reports
Ensure deliverables in the status reports are in line with the planned tasks
Extract of issues from the status report and load onto project manager. Depending on the severity of the issue and if it may possibly affect the planned deadline, a Change Document must be compiled and emailed to the client so that they are aware that the deadline has been moved.
Extract from the status report the expenses and capture them on project expenses in project manager and ensure invoicing has been done.
Then ensure that the whole status report is uploaded onto project manager and then email to the client.
Follow up with the client that they have received the status report and enquire that they have received our invoice and when we may expect payment thereof.
Conduct client survey for the clients for that week
Upload the client survey to project manager and alert the KZN Manager.
Ensure that project is within the planned timeline
Extract a summary project of all projects for that week on project manager and forward to KZN Manager.
Ensure that the new project is created on project manager
Upload the Award and Acceptance letter on project manager.
Purchase of newspaper daily newspaper and inspect for tenders
Ensure the following documents are done and uploaded onto project manager
Project Plan
Project Charter
Financial Plan
Resource Plan
Kickoff Presentation
Facilitate signoff of all documents
Candidate Qualification
Diploma in Office Management
DiplomaDegree in Administration
KnowledgeCertificate in Project Manager would be advantageous
Candidate Experience
0 5 years experience in Administration
