Continue to APPLY!Our client who specialises in supplies and equipment for ships requires an experienced Office Receptionist and Administrator. The company is based in Paarden Eiland and therefore candidates residing locally will be given preference.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reception and front desk duty
Typing up of quotes from buyers using MS Excel
Managing an organised and efficient filing system
Attending to general office administration
Minimum Requirements:
A completed Matric
Post-matric certificate / course (advantageous)
2 years’ work experience within a Reception and Administrative focussed role
Excellent customer service abilities and telephone etiquette

Good communication skills – written and verbal
High level of accuracy and professionalism
Able to work in a high pressure environment
Good time management skills
Salary on offer: R 6 000 – R 8 000 p/m (Depending on experience)
