What You’ll Be Doing
· Providing customers with a great experience online
· Responding to clients who send email enquiries, work out quotations and send to clients in timely manner.
· Create an account for each client and Track web enquiries daily

· Improve and personalize email templates for each client
· Add payment to accounts, create invoices and valuation certificates
· Create service orders for items to be made up at the factory
· Be the communication between the factory and the client
· Organize items to be couriered to customer or organize to pick up at store
· Respond in real time to clients on Website chat box (will need to work alternate evenings)
· Attend to Whatsapp messenger and phone calls
· Send invoices to accounts department
· Run the Takealot logistics (adding products to website, tracking sales, sending stock, reconcile statements)
· Assisting merchandising manager with
o Photographing stock
o Organizing paperwork
o Organizing transferring stock between factory and stores
o Printing labels and ticketing stock, and printing and documenting gemstone certificates
Qualifications
· You are customer obsessed, have the ability to build relationships
· Excellent time management skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and high attention to detail and ability to resolve issues in a timely matter
· Good IT competence (Microsoft Office, fast typing)
· Verbal and written communication in English (other languages desirable), as well as being good with words
· 1-2 years of sales experience is desirable.
· Administrative experience is desirable
· Jewellery knowledge and experience is desirable.
· Someone who is organized, can work independently, multitask and prioritise workloads
· Self motivated and ability to meet targets
· An enthusiastic person, who is proactive, wants to learn and is flexible in approach
· Based in Johannesburg and be able to work from the support office and stores
