Qualifications/Experience:
Matric / Grade 12
Experience working in a similar and relevant position or environment will be advantageous
Job Duties:
-Receive Fibre contracts and Wireless contracts
-Place orders
-Send routers to Clients
-Schedule call outs for Technicians to install or for any fault on the clients side
-Answer all queries from clients on email and incoming phone calls.
-Assist clients in setting up their routers
-All emails to be replied to in a timely manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R5,000.00 per year
