A well-established consulting firm in the Western Cape with continuous growth is in search of a self-motivated Professional Construction Manager who will be working on private and government projects.
Description
Qualification:

BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering

PRCPM required

SACPCMP advantageous

Skills & Experience:

Experience on refurbishment of building projects, government and private projects

Keep up to date with contract development

Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients

Assisting with budgeting and costing for projects

Strong on project management skills

Check and prepare site reports

Minimum 5 years’ experience



Job Description:

Manage scope changes and variations from the client.

Ensure quality assurance through documentation and designs submitted to the client.

Contract negotiations and management.

Establishing the contractor on site to commence with the works.

Excellent communication skills.
