R10 000 - R15 000 a month - Full-time, Permanent

One Fifty Capital Properties is primarily a Property Development and Leasing Company who have been in business for over 11 years. We have a national footprint of properties where we are involved with the development, renovations and management of the property. We are seeking to employ a proficient Property/Leasing Administrator with previous experience in a property management company and MDA experience.

Duties will include:

Knowledge and understanding in Drafting of lease agreements/ renewals/cessions/ addendums
Capturing of all tenant leases and ensuring accurate updates on MDA of all tenant leases and recoveries
Effectively managing the monthly Tenant Billing process and all billing related Queries
To manage all administration related queries on range of issues including but not limited to housekeeping, building faults, electricity / water queries (RMS account queries & Updates)
Calculate annual rates and refuse recovery and insurance adjustments for loading onto the Property Management system

Assist with deposit refunds and returning of bank guarantees
To Ensure all utilities for all properties are monitored, reconciled and paid timeously.
Manage and Liaise with Meter Reader (RMS) and provide them with accurate updates on tenant movements.
Compliance – to ensure and enforce compliance in line with Property Management requirements.
Take minutes and record action items agreed to in the Monthly Report Back meeting
Skills Required

Analytical & Methodical Mindset
Proficiency with MDA Property system
Ability to draw schedules/reports on system
Excellent communication and relationship management skills (verbal & written)
High attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure
Efficient and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision-makers in a professional manner and maintain confidential information.
Ability to plan and manage priorities and work on own initiative
Good problem solving skills
Driver’s licence will be an advantage
· Flexibility - This position is office based and works on a normal 45 hours a week. Busy periods may require extra hours to ensure deadlines are met. Employees may be required to travel for business purposes occasionally.
