Experienced receptionist required for a busy front-line role in a well established tertiary Institution.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role where you will be learning daily.
An above market-related salary is offered with additional benefits after a successful probation period.
Skills and experience required:
1-2 years reception experience in a corporate or tertiary institution environment.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Basic Sales and Marketing experience advantageous.
Clear communication skills, including active listening
A warm and positive personality, with a can-do attitude

Have proven pro-active problem-solving skills.
The ability to remain clear-headed under pressure and think on your feet.
Outline of duties :
First point of contact for all visitors and service providers
Answering a busy switchboard, directing calls and taking messages
Doing presentations in house and externally.
Sales and Marketing to schools.
Receiving and screening visitors to the management team
Assisting guests with their queries and requests
Screening of requests to the management team
Tracking of queries and requests to ensure resolution
Assisting the administrator with various routine tasks
Organise meeting room bookings and preparation of room
Maintaining the Reception area and notice boards
Sorting and distributing incoming mail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R6,000.00 /month
